Visit of Apostolic Nuncio to the Bishop of Corfu

On Friday, May 18, 2018, Apostolic Nuncio in Greece, Archbishop Savio Hon TAI-FAI visited the Metropolis of Corfu, Paxoi and the Diapontian Islands, Mr. Nektarios, in the Episcopate, in the framework of the 50th anniversary celebrations and 15 years of Archpriesthood of the Archbishop of Corfu Roman Catholic Ioannis Spiteris.

Mr. Nektarios and Apostolic Nuncio discussed issues of social interest, while at the same time reflecting on the perpetuation of Christianity in both the post-modern West and the Middle East.

Subsequently, gifts were exchanged between the Bishop of Corfu and the Apostolic Nuncio.
