The right hand of Saint Spyridon back to Corfu
From Monday evening, October 15, 2018, the right hand of Saint Spyridon the Wonderworker is back from Russia, where it was worshipped by the faithful ones for about fifty days. The Chancellor, Archimandrite father Ioustinos Konstantas brought it back.
In his short speech, Father Ioustinos thanked most of all the Triune God who blessed this trip to Russia.
Saint Spyridon’s hand was exhibited in twelve cities of this enormous country giving the opportunity of blessing to humans. Approximately 1.500.000 people worshipped it.
Particularly during these difficult times that the whole world goes through, more and more people turn to Christ, because they realise that He is the only Hope and their harbour.
Finally, Father Ioustinos thanked everyone who helped in order for this worshipping trip, with Saint Spyridon giving his Grace to all and praying for everyone’s salvation.
