THE BISHOP OF CORFU CLOSE TO THE FAMILIES WITH MANY CHILDREN

On Saturday morning, February 29, 2020 His Eminence, the Bishop of Corfu, Paxoi and Diapontian Islands, Mr. Nektarios blessed and cut the New Year’s cake in the Union of Families with many children and gave some money to them, as the local Church does every year.

Mr. Nektarios underlined that he feels member of the Union, since he was born and raised in a family with many children himself, He recognised once more how many things are necessary to raise a family with three, four or even more children. He wished God to help everyone, to give light to the children to develop and progress. After all, the children of these families know how to share, are examples to imitate for the whole society and they help unifying the society.
